Meet Naomi

Movement has always been an important part of my life. With a background in dance and years of experience as both a dancer and dance teacher, I’ve long been drawn to the relationship between movement, control, and body awareness, which naturally led me to Pilates.

I created Pilates with Naomi as a space where people can explore movement in a way that feels supportive, approachable, and challenging at the same time. My classes are rooted in Pilates principles while also being influenced by my background in dance and full-body movement training.

My goal is for people to leave class feeling stronger, more grounded, and more connected to their bodies than when they walked in.
