Meet Naomi

Movement has always been an important part of my life. With a background in dance and years of experience as both a dancer and teacher, I’ve long been drawn to the relationship between movement, control, and body awareness which naturally led me to Pilates.

Based in Montreal, I created Pilates with Naomi as a space for intentional movement that feels supportive, approachable, and challenging at the same time. My classes are rooted in Pilates principles while being influenced by my background in dance and full-body movement training.

My goal is simple: for people to leave class feeling stronger, more grounded, and more connected to their bodies.
