• Not at all. Classes are designed to be approachable for a range of experience levels, with guidance and modifications offered throughout class.

  • Mat Pilates uses bodyweight and small props to focus on strength, control, and stability. Reformer Pilates incorporates the reformer machine and spring resistance to support and challenge movement in different ways.

  • For mat classes, please bring a yoga or Pilates mat and water. For reformer classes, grip socks are mandatory.

  • Classes must be cancelled at least 12 hours before the scheduled start time. Late cancellations and no-shows result in the class being forfeited.

  • Yes. Since Pilates in the Park mat classes are outdoors, classes may be adjusted or rescheduled depending on weather conditions. Any updates will be communicated in advance.

  • Please consult with your healthcare provider before attending if you are recovering from an injury or have medical concerns. You’re also welcome to reach out before class so we can determine whether the class is an appropriate fit for you.
