Hi, I’m Naomi.

Movement has always been an important part of my life. With a background in dance and years of experience as both a dancer and dance teacher, I’ve long been drawn to the relationship between movement, control, expression, and body awareness. Over time, Pilates became a natural extension of that interest, combining strength, alignment, and intentional movement in a way that deeply resonated with me.

I created Pilates with Naomi as a space where people can explore movement in a way that feels supportive, approachable, and challenging at the same time.

My classes are rooted in Pilates principles while also being influenced by my background in dance and full-body movement training. I focus on creating thoughtful, full-body classes that encourage strength, stability, control, and fluid movement.

My goal is for people to leave class feeling stronger, more grounded, and more connected to their bodies than when they walked in.
